I loved getting the Peanut Butter Protein with a Lemon Ricotta cookie, though I only began attending location due to my experience at the Oakbrook location. Honestly, my experience would've been wonderful had it not been for this gentleman named John. I was waiting for my order and overheard him speaking ill of someone, it sounded like an employee that works there. I'm not entirely sure what role he plays at this establishment, but I've seen him there a few times in the morning helping out. Ever since that time, I will avoid that location since I'm not interested in being around here with someone who speaks so ill of hardworking baristas. It's a shame since I like the employees there, like Spencer and Salma, really kind and relaxed individuals. This John gentleman seems a bit too relaxed with customers around. Otherwise, I enjoy this location. The baristas really know what they are doing. Location is a bit smaller than what I'm accustomed to, but the baristas like Holly and Nirva are extremely kind and attentive.

Didn’t know Nordstrom had a cafe! It was run by one lady, a very big sweetheart with excellent customer service. Be patient to wait if there is a rush. There are grab and go food items that can be heated up in their oven. I got their chicken Alfredo which was good, but very salty. Their iced coffee was excellent. $14 for both

Nordstrom Ebar Coffee is located on the main floor directly outside Nordstrom. It’s a nice place to grab gourmet beverages, breakfast pastries, snacks and light packaged lunches. Service is always fast and friendly. Coffee drinks are always made correctly with fresh ground beans! There’s plenty of tables to sit and relax across from the Ebar so you don’t have to rush. It’s always kept neat and clean which is a definite plus!

Ambiance- nice place to sit and relax and have a meal while you are taking break from shopping. It is on the 3 level of Nordstrom. Plenty of seating space. Staff is friendly. Menu - they good food options with some vegetarian options and they can also modify your order as you want. We ordered margarita pizza and chicken Ciabatta sandwich without chicken one with salad and other one with chips You can also place your for pickup Coffee- they have only drip coffee

Very decent upscale cafe in the Woodfield Mall. Much better than any eating joint in the food court. Its has very ambient seating. We ordered Margarita Pizza: it was very good. Coffee for all of us: which again was good coffee. Spicy grilled vegetarian Sandwiches: too Good. Honestly, i liked the whole experience of dining in there. Our server was very nice. I think her name was Haarlem.
